Elephants and Dolls

I realized as I was reviewing my blog that I didn't ever have a Raggedy Ann picture posted when I spoke of making them a few posts ago. I also recently received an order for personalized vellux elephants for twin girls. The boy elephant pictured is yet to be "named". I have blanket fabric for "elephant skin" in the following colors: blue, gray, pink, green, navy.

Tabby Blanket Binge

I have been on a binge of making tabby blankets for the last few days. Here are my latest creations; they vary in size from 13" to 17" wide and from 16" to 21 1/2 " long and all have 12 ribbon tabs.

Summer Stuff

I see that it has been almost a year since I last posted to this blog. I thought I had better record some of my summer "stuff" before I suddenly find myself making autumn projects.

The aprons I made last summer have all sold and since that time I have made one set of the ruffly mother/daughter aprons shown here. The length is adjustable by pulling the ties, thus making the neck loop shorter. Adjustable in the same fashion is the men's striped apron.
